Tierra Encantada BOG Special Meeting Minutes 02/06/2025

The Meeting was called to order by President Boyd Bass at A.M. Participating via zoom were President Boyd Bass, Property Managers Jimmy and Patty Brown, Board Members Tom Whiteman, Art Rendon and Accounting Committee Chair Marybelle Suczek.

Report On Elevator

Bobby from TK Elevator will be ordering light bulbs and will be installing them. There are currently 3 sockets that are very corroded and need to be changed. Rio Elevator is scheduled to give a bid for their service. State inspection is due in March.

Approval of gate proposal

Alamo Doors provided a bid for replacing the motor on the West gate they will replace one sliding gate operator (West gate). Use existing linear Keypads, install photo eyes and wireless safety edge kits in both gates. This motor will have a battery back up.

Boyd Bass made a motion to purchase and move forward with replacing the motor. Tom Whiteman seconded. Motion Passed
